Day 1 work was all manageable. Burpees and I are not but I did above and beyond what you ask me to do and with that being said I did 3 sets of Burpees 10 reps of each. Day 1 in the books.
Is it suppose to be 3 set?
Only 2 if you want to do more you can, make sure you read the directions
I must have missed something where are the directions all I show is the list of what exercises to do but I don’t show anything else
