My name is Tiara Howard but they call me “T-How”. I am a college athlete going into my senior year with the hopes of becoming a District Attorney. I have been an athlete for most of my life doing sports such as gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance however my life completely changed after my foot hit the Track. The most meaningful choice I’ve made in my life was joining the track and field team. This sport has taught me the true meaning of drive, desire, and dedication. Track has helped me identify my weaknesses in this sport and in life. I learned that the competitor wasn’t the person on the side of me, it was the person inside of me. I was not always happy with my performance on the field and off and this paved the way for my fitness journey to begin.
